In her own words: Before that, I earned a B.A.
in History from Florida State University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Florida
Atlantic University. I taught high school social studies where I incorporated thinking,
writing, reading, and speaking skills into the courses. I don't know if those seniors
benefitted, but I sure did! And all of those skills helped me grasp biblical principles
and Christian history.
These skills were used to help my pastor, Ernest C. Reisinger,
with his own writing. Then, I wanted to help others interested in children's well-being
and peace so I wrote Old Paths For Little Feet. My husband, John, has been patient to
listen to Christian history "lessons" all these years while gently leading, and cheerfully
living out the biblical principles. He supports us through his optometric and business
skills, and we have also "raised" five collies (but without bothering to teach them these
biblical principles)!
